How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Some larger orders may require 48 hours. We ship from RI and our common shipping method is UPS Ground.  If you require shipping via Federal Express, please contact our customer service department for a quotation.

I do not see what I am looking for, how can we find other frame styles?
I am looking for a particular item number of a frame. Do you carry it?

Please email us at info@epictureframes.net with an item number or a very specific description of the frame or photo album you are looking for. We will email back to you within 1 business day with a price and delivery time.

I am looking for a specific size frame. Do you carry them?
ePictureframes.net can offer you frames in over 20 different sizes. Our smallest frames hold a 1 ½” x 2 ½” photo all the way up to our largest opening size which holds an 18” x 34” photo. Email us at info@epictureframes.net to inquire about a particular size. Please be sure to tell us the size you are looking for as well as the material (wood, metal, etc.), vertical or horizontal orientation and quantity you are looking for. We will email back to you within 1 business day with all the styles that fit your criteria as well as a price for each.

What do the frame sizes refer to? For instance a 4" x 6"?
The frame sizes refer to the size photo that will fit properly into that frame. It does not refer to the outer dimensions of the frame. For example, a 4" x 6" frame will hold a 4" x 6" photo properly. The outer dimension of a particular frame depends on how wide that particular molding is.

How do I know if stock is available?
We keep a strong inventory of every item shown on epictureframes.net. In the unlikely event of a stock out, we will email you with an estimated ship date.

What is your warranty policy?
All products sold by epictureframes.net are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that some of our products use natural materials such as woods in the manufacturing of our products. These items will have variations; these variations are not defects and will not be viewed as defects. We will repair or replace any defective products.

What is your return policy?
ePictureframes.net is happy to accept returns from customers who choose to return our products for any reason. Please note that products returned for reasons other than defects in materials and workmanship are to be returned at the customers’ expense (shipped pre-paid).

Are there any price breaks available if I order a large quantity?
Yes! If you are interested in ordering more than 75 pieces in total, please email us at info@epictureframes.net in regards to quantity discounts.

Do you sell refills for photo albums?
No, most of the photo albums we sell are not refillable.

Do you offer engraving on your products for consumers?
No. Our suggestion is to take our products to a local jeweler or a mall store.

Do you offer engraving of logos on your products for business gifts?
Yes, please email us a digital file containing the logo you would like engraved as well as the style and quantity of the frame you would like engraved and we will contact you with a quotation. There is a 50 piece minimum quantity required.

Do you sell poster frames?
No, although our larger collage frames could accommodate a poster. They are available in sizes 18” x 26” and 18” x 34”. You would only need to remove the pre-cut collage mat inside the frame and it would be ready to accept a poster.
